Ejecutables (.exe) no funcionan.

A veces ocurre que tras sufrir la infección de un virus nuestros archivos ejecutables (.exe) dejen de funcionar y cuando hacemos doble click sobre ellos nos aparezca el típico cuadro de dialogo preguntando con que aplicación deseamos abrir el archivo.

Esto lo podemos solucionar fácilmente ejecutando un archivo .reg con el siguiente contenido:
